Sekhem energy is an ancient Egyptian form of healing. References to it have been discovered in the Egyptian Book of the Dead and in ancient scrolls. It was taught as part of spiritual practices in the temples of ancient Egypt and is associated with the lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet, who is believed to be the guardian and protector of this energy.

As well as being the Patroness of War, she is also considered to be the Goddess of Regeneration and Healing. Sekhmet helps us break down which no longer serves us and helps us transform lives.

The word Sekhem means Power of Powers. Sekhem Energy Healing is similar to Reiki. Yet, like the other systems, it has its own distinctive vibrational frequency. It is pure unconditional love and it is channeled in a different way.

It is said that Sekhmet heals all illnesses except those of the eyes. She's associated with blood elements. She has dominion over the menstrual cycle and woman's reproductive systems. Sekhmet should not be bothered for trifles or unimportant issues. She is an intensely powerful and proactive healer.

She is the Matron Goddess of Reiki. Some theorize that Sekhmet is an emanation of the Primordial Goddess Hathor who first emerged in a time of crisis and took on a life of her own. Similar to the relationship between Indian goddess Kali and Durga. Just as Shiva is able to Halt Kali’s dance of Destruction, Toth is able to pacify Sekhmet.

Sekhmet is of the feline species. They are advanced in healing and they often assist in the healing session.  It is thought that they originated from the Sirian Star System and have been helping the human race for eons unconditionally, similar to how one would instinctively help the ones in need. Sometimes they communicate telepathically to the practitioners regarding what the client needs and relate any messages that are important for the client’s healing.

Also known as the Flaming One, Sekhmet was also the Goddess of the Sun and believed to carry with her the flame or fire of the desert.  Sekhmet was said to have the power to totally destroy subtle bodies and souls, so there could be no afterlife. Yet, she was also known as Protector of the Dead in the underworld.

She was also known as the Lady of Pestilence, Red Lady, and many other titles indicating her alignment with the desert and powers of devastation. She is the protector of balance and justice.

Sekhmet can be seen with a cobra on her crown which represents the energy serpent known as “Kundalini” that rests at the seat of the spine. Because of this, she is strongly connected to the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras.

Sekhmet is also strongly connected to carnelian, garnet, onyx, ruby, bloodstone, quartz, tiger’s eye, labradorite, jade, amber, red jasper, yellow jasper, obsidian, golden calcite, black agate, red quartz, hematite and sunstone.

Fragrance wise, you can burn frankincense, myrrh, blood orange, cinnamon, jasmine, bamboo, cedarwood, clove, pomegranate, hops to help connect with Sekhem energy too.

The Sekhmet Pendulum carries the Violet Spectrum of Light, as seen in Pendulum Alchemy.

This violet light is mature energy that can comese the “dying process”. This is similar to the coming of the fall equinox, just before winter, when we see the death of most plant life in the coming months. This signal of ending a cycle is essential in preparation for complete healing of the human consciousness.

The Violet Flame of St. Germain is also known for its purifying and deep cleaning abilities for the energy bodies. I believe this to be a strong similarity of the function of the Violet Spectrum.

The 5 rings around the middle of the Sekhmet Pendulum are a symbol of balance. The number 5 itself closely relates to the human experience. We have 5 fingers and toes, 5 appendages (if you include the head) and the number 5 tells us the importance of balance between material and spiritual aspects of your life. Five is also seen as movement and change in numerology.

This Pendulum is ideal for anyone looking for a great healing pendulum that is also capable at harmonizing dissociated consciousness (sub-personalities), as well as distance clearings of entities.

When used with the Hekau Pendulum, these two can be a game changer for all energy work. Although unique in their own regard, together these pendulums offer a deeper degree of precision in healing the conditions of the human consciousness.
